Pro, easy check in, safe neighborhood, comfy bed, Con, no hair dryer, (we have stayed all over US and Europe and every place had a hair dryer), experience could have been better if a packet of information was included. For example we never figured out the TV, we had to ask a friendly neighbor where the beach was and how to get there.
