This townhome is located minutes from downtown and the beaches. It features 3 bedroom and two and a half bathrooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. This location is close to I-95, the Town Center, downtown Jacksonville, many businesses and health care facilities. This townhome comes with everything needed for a furnished rental including a one car attached garage all appliances plus a full-size washer and dryer located on the ground floor. The rear patio overlooks open green space. All the bedrooms are located on second floor. Master has attached full bath and the guest bedroom has a full bath also. Queen beds all three bedrooms.. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities included. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require owner approval.
