Luxury Modern Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment in Upper West Side

Located in the heart of Upper West Side, Manhattan, New York City. Steps from Central Park, fully furnished 1 Bedroom apartment in a completely renovated landmark brownstone. Bright, sunny, this luxury high end 1 Bedroom apartment is 3 flights up facing a tree-lined street.

We don't have an elevator in our building like most, if not all historic brownstone townhouse on our street and neighborhood. We will be happy to help you with your luggage when you move in and out.

Within 1 block from all transportation ( subways and crosstown bus)- many wonderful shops and restaurants.

It boasts large windows with custom blinds, a Washer Dryer, plenty of storage including Elfa custom-designed closets and radiant heat under the hardwood floors.

The living area comes complete with a full-size leather sofa-bed, 2 leather ottomans/ coffee tables, a dresser and a l HD 1080p 37” TV ready for internet streaming (Netflix, You Tube, etc.) and Wifi Router.

The bedroom has beautiful brick walls, a custom made Bamboo queen size bed, 2 dressers, large Elfa custom-designed closets and Custom Made Blinds.

The eat-in kitchen features, top of the line European custom made cabinets, granite counter tops and brand new Miele stainless steel appliances, including an integrated panel refrigerator, a microwave convection oven and a dishwasher under the sink. It is also fully stocked with all the basics you will need for day-to-day living: a toaster, coffee maker, and electric water kettle.

The European-tiled contemporary bathroom has a bathtub with hand held/over head shower in tub, extensive storage below and above the sink, and a toilet.

Izi was such a great host. The location of this property is perfect and I cannot recommend more. The place is in safe neighborhood and close to everything. Izi is very interactive with guests and provided all the cleaning supplies and it truly is a great place to stay if you’re looking for short term or semi-permanent place to stay in New York City

Clean, cozy space

My husband and I stayed here for two months with our infant. The space is lovely and looks just like the photographs. The location is ideal, especially being so close to the park and a block or two from multiple train lines. Izi is a fantastic property manager as well - both responsive and proactive - checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, especially with a new baby. We would happily stay here again!

The apartment was bright and well furnished and equipped. When we arrived we were met by the owner and the introduction to the apartment was very thorough. Izi left many supplies to get is started. The street is very quiet, all residential. All in all a great place to stay.

perfect apartment upper west side

I stayed for approximately 3 months in this apartment and I can't think of one complaint. The apartment was clean and the pictures accurately depicted the place. It is located a perfect area within the upper west side with a neighborhood type feel to it, yet near so many great places to eat, shop, etc. Central Park is only one block away. The apartment itself is beautiful. From the hardwood floors to the fine, new appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc), nothing about the apartment is below expectations. And finally there is management, Izi, who is always available if you need anything at all and willing to go out of his way to be accommodating to any special needs or request that you may have. NO complaints, perfect apartment.

Stayed for a couple of months while studying and awaiting access to an apartment I had bought. The landlord and team are exceptionally service minded and supportive, and I truly recommend and trust them. The apartment is extremely functional modern and was clean and practical. The location was perfect for me, and there is short-way accessibility to everything including near-by lovely Central Park. Truly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment and Attentive Landlord

I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment in a quite and convenient location on the Upper West Side. Upon my arrival, Izi met me to help with all of my bags, ensured that I knew how to access the wifi, work the TV, and set the air-conditioning unit, and answered all of my questions about the neighborhood. The apartment was equipped with everything I could need and is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of great local restaurants and near several grocery stores, including Zabar's which is perfect for a bagel and lox or quick takeaway meal. The apartment is also only 2 blocks from the 1 subway line and the B/C subways line, making it an easy commute to almost anywhere in Manhattan. Izi was incredibly responsive when I had any questions and quickly fixed the one minor problem that happened during my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends and would not hesitate to stay here again. I was sad to leave at the end of my stay!

Quiet on the Upper West Side

I needed a place for a few months and found this property. It was perfect for my needs. Izi is a great landlord who takes care of everything. The other tenants are quiet, the building is charming, the apartment clean and updated. Lots of restaurants, shopping (personal and groceries) nearby. Right between the B/C stop at 86th & CPW and the 1 at 86th & Broadway. Crosstown bus is 1 block away. Central Park also 1 block away. Could not have asked for more.

I felt like I had my own pied-a-terre in NYC! The apartment is clean, modern, quiet, has good light, and is in a great neighborhood. The proximity to Central Park and the Reservoir jogging path is a big bonus as well. I will most definitely be coming back to stay here, so I have to admit that I'm hesitant to let too many people in on the secret of this hidden gem. However, Izi is a great landlord, so I'm happy to help him get the word out, even if it means it might be harder for me to book the apartment next time around!

We recently had the opportunity to visit New York and stayed in this worderful apartment. The owner was very welcoming and very accomodating, and helpful in explaining the neighbourhood and local amenities ie. grocery store (highly recommend Zabars), restaurants, coffee shops, subway lines etc. The apartment was very clean and in perfect location. It was very nice location for me. I loved it. The room was clean and cozy. It was perfect full kitchen! I was worry that they don't have an elevator, but the owner helped our luggages up and down. Excellent Apartment!

The apartment is accuratley described, evreything is exactly as represented in the pictures. It has a great location in the Upper West Side, with subway stations less than three blocks away, great restaurants nearby (Keffe, Nonna), the Museum of Natural History a couple blocks away and a supermarket around the corner made our trip very convenient. Izi was an amazing host, very honest, helpful, and flexible! He was prompt to help us out when we were locked out of the apartment, and made sure we understood how evreything worked when we got there. His property is spotless, modern and has evreything you need making you feel at home right away. Highly recommended property! We are planning to stay here again in the future!

We restored this 1880's brownstone preserving all of historic features, but in the same time providing all the luxury with high tech communication infrastructure of an office. For example every corner of the apartments are wired for 100 GB internet connection.

I believe a unique property in one of the nicest areas of Manhattan with all the amenities we could possibly offer, ie; high speed wired and WIFI internet, Custom made European kitchen with Miele Appliances, Washer/Dryer, IP based video intercom etc.
