Welcome to this stunning 3275 sq. ft. Private Pool and Spa Home, located in the desirable Windsor at Westside Resort. This spacious two-story home features 5 Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Just 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal, it's the perfect base for exploring Orlando's famous attractions while enjoying a relaxing retreat.
The home includes two King Size beds, one Queen Size bed, two Full Size beds, and two Twin Size beds, ideal for large families or groups. Enjoy the comfort of carpeting on the stairway and in the bedrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and snacks. Relax in the cozy living spaces with free cable TV and high-speed internet.
Your stay includes convenient amenities such as central heating and air conditioning, in-house washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and free parking in the driveway. We also provide essential starter supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Since this is a self-catering property, we recommend a visit to the nearby supermarket for additional essentials.
Optional services are available, such as pool heat for just $50 per day (must be requested at least 7 days before check-in). Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free home, and any violations may result in a charge against the security deposit.

​​​​​​​Community Access & Security Update
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests, please take note of the updated entry procedures:
Upon arrival, all guests must first stop at the guardhouse to check in and receive a proxy card for gate access. After this initial check-in, the proxy card can be used for faster entry through any of the community's other gates. Please note that gate codes are currently deactivated in Phase 2, so the proxy card is required for entry in that area.
Delivery and ride share drivers must also stop at the guardhouse and present proof of service—such as their delivery or ride share app—to gain access to the community.
These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance safety and security, reduce traffic congestion, and limit unauthorized access to the property. We are also increasing roving patrol presence to 24/7 to better serve our community.
Please keep in mind:
Proxy card access will automatically deactivate at 10:00 AM on your check-out day.
If you have a late check-out and plan to leave and return after 10 AM, you must present proof of your approved late check-out at the guardhouse to regain access.
To help avoid delays or complications, we kindly ask guests to avoid late check-out requests when possible.
Check-in is not permitted before 12:00 PM.
This helps us ensure a smooth transition between departing and arriving guests and avoids any issues with overlapping proxy card access.
When departing, please return your proxy card by dropping it in the collection boxes located at each exit gate.
🚗 Community Access & Parking Policy – Effective June 19, 2025
Windsor at Westside has implemented a new vehicle entry system to enhance community security. Please note the following:

Starting June 19, 2025, all guests must stop at the Tripoli Ct. guardhouse to check in.

A booking confirmation showing the property address, check-in/out dates, and names of all drivers must be presented.

Gate codes are no longer valid. Guests will receive a proxy card for entry, which deactivates automatically at check-out.

Beginning August 1, 2025, a $20 vehicle use fee per car will apply unless eligible for exemption.

Parking limits per home:

4–5 bedrooms: max 3 vehicles

6–7 bedrooms: max 4 vehicles

8–9 bedrooms: max 5 vehicles

Off-site parking is required for vehicles exceeding the home's limit.

Guests with bookings made before June 25, 2025 may qualify for free parking through September 30, 2025, if required info is submitted in advance.
