Such a beautiful location, such an amazing house and the peacefulness of the babbling brook accentuated the morning tea. I enjoyed my stay here very much and it made being a part of my brother’s wedding a great time.
Went for a quick weekend getaway to the mountains with the family and dogs. The Cabin was clean and very roomy. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. We had fun hiking and admiring waterfalls.
Had a great time with family. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. We loved the hummingbirds, kids loved making smores at the bonfire pit. I would 100% recommend staying here.
I met my three sons and granddaughters for our fsmilly get-together. The granddaughters headed up to the loft a found toys and games to play with. They had a great time and wanted to come back again.
Fantastic property with a great location for seclusion and quiet and hearing the waterfall sounds outside the front door makes it perfect. The home was spacious and had enough room for everybody and the dog. The kitchen was adequate for folks like us that cook but could have been better, but we managed. Overall the place needs a few updates, little maintenance here and there, the parking/driveway was sketch at first but we also managed that as well (tight and curvy - the small cars did better than my truck) but overall we had a great stay. Takes a while to get to town but there is so much to do all around we would spend days out and about, this place was wonderful to come "home" to after a busy day.
The accommodations were great. The property was beautiful. The waterfall was beautiful also. My grandchildren enjoyed the games provided. We were in Franklin for my mother’s 99th birthday. Although we would have liked to be closer to Franklin, we were very comfortable in the house. Plenty of room for the family that stayed with us. Thank you so much.
The property where this cabin is located is very peaceful and relaxing. Siting outside and listening to the water restores the soul. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen has what is needed for basic cooking. We had no cell service, but the internet was strong enough for calls and streaming Netflix. The owners are very responsive to any questions or recommendations you may need. We really enjoyed our time here.

The light fixture were dirty the ceiling fan in bedroom only worked with light on and fan was very caked with dust dining room light very dusty small cobwebs in cabinets whatever cleaning service they have did not do a good deep cleaning decor was amazing though
Loved the location even though the driveway was not built for a 4 door long bed truck lol. Over all the house was great, that being said the downstairs room is unfinished (half finished flooring and no furniture) with little to no wifi connectivity. Better internet services for TV streaming and the finishing of that one room and I'd give this house perfect marks. Loved the toy and game selections for the kids, beds were super comfortable, good selection of cooking utensils and grill. Beautiful deck and view of the water fall.

Thanks Harold- This our dream home to move to one day. As you can see the unfinished room in the basement is not part of the advertisement. We are working on making it a game room. The driveway is not built extra long trucks to manage easily but it’s do able. The WiFi is best as possible in the mountains. Thank you for coming! Looking forward to your next visit!

We absolutely love our dogs and the mountains. That’s why we put all our love and money into our cabin to share it with other good people with similar loves in life. I am a physical therapist, yoga teacher, my husband works construction. We have 2 beautiful children and dogs. We both lived in various areas of the country. What sets us apart is the love we put into our home.
Why they chose this property
We choose this small loop because we don’t get anyone driving by or noise pollution. We listen to water fall at night and have coffee on the back porch in the morning is priceless.
We have 2 amazing towns with plenty to eat, drink, and have fun doing.
What makes this property unique
We have a small river and waterfall in the backyard. Grilling burgers and looking out there is amazing. The cabin has lots of games and hidden gems to explore.
