*Brand New Listing*Enjoy your Park City vacation in this stylish, beautifully decorated ski condo just a 2 minute walk to the lower base of Park City Mountain Resort. Shared hot tub and year round heated pool, exercise room, 3 bedrooms: King in suite bedroom off the front entrance, a king bedroom -loft style with an open wall to the family room. The third bedroom is a small room attached to the king loft bedroom with a twin trundle that can be made into a king bed. One parking space provided

*Summer guests: there is no A/C but we provide fans for you to cool the condo.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Skiing

Great property. But still not truly within walking distance of the lifts while carrying equipment. But nonetheless, great location. Everything inside was fantastic. And the views from the windows were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

PERFECTION! Gorgeous, clean, perfectly stocked, friendly & responsive hosts!

Magnificent vacation! We were pleasantly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The hosts were gracious and responsive to questions prior to arrival. They provided us with a wonderful guidebook to assist us in planning our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. My family enjoyed being able to walk less than five minutes to ski lifts. I highly recommend this property and hope we are able to come back someday! Thank you you tothe wonderful hosts!

Tranquility at it's best

This was an amazing VRBO! Quiet, relaxing and beautiful. A few steps away from everything you need! Walking to the mountain for a day of skiing was the absolute best. We were able to come home for a break and get right back out there! I highly recommend. Responsive property managers and owners. We cannot wait to visit again :-)

Location, Location, Location!

I booked this condo for my husband to get out of the Arizona heat! I joined him one weekend. He spent his time golfing (right outside the condo door), fishing (twenty minute drive) and hiking (practically right outside the door). It had every amenity you would need. There are great restaurants 5-10 minute drive away. The condo is located walking distance from a ski lift if you book in winter. He really enjoyed his stay.
