Updated corner unit with two balconies has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.



The entire interior, from bedrooms to bathrooms, has been updated and upgraded to be one of the nicest units in the whole resort. A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

--The master bath has been remodeled with a glass block walk-in shower, updated fixtures, and double sinks.



--The second full bath is spacious and updated, and provides plenty of space for additional guests.

--Large granite-top dining room table, new couches, and a big flat screen TV.



Sea Breeze is a true beachfront resort, with plenty of parking, year-round heated pool and spa, and a large deck for relaxing. We provide beach chairs, and a few beach toys for your use. Free WIFI and cable TV.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area's top activities & attractions each and every day, including Busch Gardens, The Clearwater Aquarium, The Dali Museum, The Tampa Zoo, evening cruises, bike rentals and more! The condo was better than expected. It was great to have the beach just steps away. We got to spend our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. It was also very close to some really good restaurants.Would definitely consider staying again.

The location to shopping, entertainment and restaurants is perfect, many places walkable. The beach is clean and beautiful. The hosts answered all my questions and had great communication. They even gave us lots of local recommendations for things to do and places to get supplies. The property was quiet, clean and well maintained. The condo is a little outdated but functional. My trip was relaxing, stress free and FUN! I highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Great apartment. Tons of room for 4 of us (4 adults), reasonably well equipped and lovely views from the large balcony. Communication/entry instructions etc with Itrip were superb. Easy parking on site, wifi Ok and good range of TV channels. Comfortable beds, linen and furniture. Loved being so close to the pool/beach and within a short walk of John’s Pass and other nearby bars and restaurants , and with plenty of shopping close by too including the two large supermarkets. In terms of improvements, nothing major at all - crockery could maybe use an upgrade (no small plates for example)

Very clean, easy check in, love the 2 balconies. Have stayed in this condo numerous times and love it! My only issue this time was, I booked for 6 of us, there wasn’t as many towels as usual and no extra toilet tissue except what was on the roll and a part of a roll on the back of one toilet. Other than that, we had a great stay and we will be back!!!

Amazing stay!

My group had a great time at Sea Breeze. The condo was exactly as described and everything was clean and in working condition. The view was amazing and the pool and common areas were kept clean. John’s Pass and Caddy’s restaurant were both easy walking distance and there was a 7-11 across the street. We would definitely return when we come back to the area.
