Updated corner unit with two balconies has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.



The entire interior, from bedrooms to bathrooms, has been updated and upgraded to be one of the nicest units in the whole resort. A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

--The master bath has been remodeled with a glass block walk-in shower, updated fixtures, and double sinks.



--The second full bath is spacious and updated, and provides plenty of space for additional guests.

The itrip representatives were helpful when we could not get the living room TV to work. They actually came to the unit to help! However, they were not able to get the guest room TV to work. Took us over and hour to figure it out. It was working when we left. We never could get the intranet to work. I was not able to work in the until. That was a bit problematic.

Amazing stay!

My group had a great time at Sea Breeze. The condo was exactly as described and everything was clean and in working condition. The view was amazing and the pool and common areas were kept clean. John’s Pass and Caddy’s restaurant were both easy walking distance and there was a 7-11 across the street. We would definitely return when we come back to the area.

This is the second time I have stayed at in this particular condo the last 3 years. I absolutely love the layout of the condo. You can watch the sunrise as well as the sunset from seperate balconies on each side. The condo could use a few updates, however it is in great condition. I was surprised to find some beach chairs for our use this year, as they were not in 2022, (Although stated they could be if only left by others). The location on the gulf is perfect. There is so much to do with a half a mile walk both directions. When staying in the area I will continue to try to stay, at least at the Sea Breeze, if not this specific condo.

GREAT STAY!

We had a great experience with our vacation rental! The apartment was well maintained/clean and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and also close to everything you may need/want as far as shopping and eating choices. The only 'negative' I would say that we experienced is the 'hardness' of the mattresses. If people like them hard/harder, then they're perfect...but for us, we prefer more comfortable "pillow top" types. We're used to sleeping on SLEEP NUMBER BEDS, so that's why we mention this. Otherwise, our overall experience was VERY POSITIVE and the staff/customer service was quick and professional!! We look forward to another stay in the near future...

The view was beautiful the loved the spaciousness. Could definitely use new kitchen utensils such as spatulas the other is melted and there’s only one. The dish rags there were only two and they were not very clean looking. In the master bath, there were only two bath towels to use for the whole week. It was already there have been some maintenance issues that I’ve addressed with I trip regarding what we found when we were there. Like I said, it was spacious accommodation it just needs a little fluffing up.

Best on the Beach

My girlfriends and I have stayed here several years and find it to be a wonderful location for us. Love the pool area. The condo kitchen is well stocked (though we don’t do much cooking). In general we love it!
