This is a beautiful property with an awesome view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.There is a large hot tub and the pool is heated to 85 all winter.Ample parking, beautiful landscaping and wide beach makes Sea Breeze one of the best buildings on Madeira Beach.

The condo was as pictured and clean. Very spacious too. Balcony was big and had great view. Pool and parking were good. Easy walk to many resturants and shops including Johns Pass. Enjoyed stay!

Great location right on the beach and wonderful views of the ocean. Loved sitting on the patio watching the water. The Condo was very nice overall and kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, etc.. parking was great as well. Location to Johns Pass and restaurants was great! The only complaints are there were large stains on the underside of the comforter and the beds were hard and not comfortable.

Overall the condo was great. The views were amazing. We could see dolphins swimming from both patios. There was a lot of space for a family of 5. Location was great. Close to John's Boardwalk and it was across the street from a 7-11 which was helpful for minor groceries and even beach towels. Our area of the beach was less crowded than other areas we could see.Our biggest issue were the beds. Very hard and the sofa sleeper was hard to lay on with a huge bar in your back. Could definitely be updated. There was also a dull roar could be heard a lot of the time. Not sure if it was the buildings AC units?

Breathtaking gulf view. Natural sunlight from many windows in the place where you can also see the sunsets. Quiet and relaxing private beach. Not crowded at all. Very clean place and plenty of open room. By far one of the best places I have stayed at as I visit Florida at least twice a year in the same area.

The room was perfect, the place had pretty much everything you needed. The views were amazing. They had beach stuff toys, chairs and umbrellas. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. You do have codes to get into everything, but that’s a great safety feature. My only complaint was the non stop toilet running in the master bathroom and also tried reaching out to the property owner multiple times within 24hrs and never got a response back.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the elevator went out one evening and we had to walk up to the 7th floor. It was fixed and it only happened once. Bed was comfortable. Condo was clean. It was loaded with everything we needed and more. We will be back.

Nice location, enjoyed your condo. Only issue was parking. We had 2 cars but only allowed one parking space and had to park one vehicle off site. A little inconvenient especially since the condo parking had plenty of open spots. Granted parking during the summer season would be crowded but the off season should have been taken into consideration to allow more than one. vehicle.

Long Birthday Weekend

A few friends stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Beds are firm, but comfortable. You have great storage space in the bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. The unit appears to be a pure rental, so it doesn't have some of the bonus items you sometimes get - like ziplock bags, foil, etc. We were surprised that the unit didn't have shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. A positive surprise, kitchen had good cookware, except for the sheet pans. (And had we had aluminum foil, it would have been ok). The management company was wonderful. We had some issues getting in the front door, and they coached us through the process. They were quick to respond, got us in early, and helped with all our questions. I would stay here again without question.

Not what we wanted

We are used to staying in homes and this was our first condo. We are used to more amenities. Some of the property needs updating. Some things were not working. Too many codes. Nice view though.
