Cute cabin in a convenient location

The cabin was nice and comfortable in a great location. Generally well equipped with a nice yard, porch, swingset, firepit, hot tub, etc. We took advantage of most of what the property had to offer. Would stay again.

The cabin was very nice. Everything we needed was included. The accommodations were very comfortable. We spent every evening sitting on the porch in the rockers and visiting. The lot next door had deer on it each morning and evening, and we watched fireflies once it started getting dark. The cabin is centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and Beaver Bend State Park.

The cabin was great. Need to check your back steps by the hot tub they have soft spots as in rotting in them and there are bolts missing in the airplane toy out back. Safety reasons they need to be replaced. We had a great time.

Wonderful

The cabin was clean, functional, and super comfortable. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and Beaver Bend State Park. Although there were a ton of things to go do in the town, we spend a lot of time at the cabin. My kids spent hours outside playing horseshoes, ladder ball, and playing on the playset. We went on walks around the neighborhood, and at night we built fires and cooked smores. It was a relaxing wonderful vacation. If we go back to Broken Bow we will stay at this cabin again.

Excellent accommodations cozy yet spacious

The Arrington was so cozy for our stay over the weekend! It was equipped with kitchen necessities and items to get started like a few spices and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The place was clean and tidy. The beds were large and comfortable. It has plenty of books and games for a weekend in. It is located centrally in Hochatown to be able to quickly get to restaurants and stores. The roads leading to the cabin are really bad, but that is no fault of the cabin owners.

Beautiful Cabin

Just as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen, all pots, pans, cooking utensils, all you have to bring is food. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen was smaller, but that was not a big deal at all. We enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer and my 2 five year old grandchildren had so much fun! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Very nice property with Great location

The property was exactly as stated in description. Very clean and neatly organized. One of the problems with the property was there was no exhaust fan in the kitchen. When you cooked, the house was filled with ordor (especially upstairs). A few essential items were missing from the kitchen: working can opener, spatula, spatula for grill. Property management was notified about this.
