Kitchen was well stocked (coffee, spices, cooking spray). Amble parking which was a great. We really appreciated the small details in the bathrooms including lotion and q-tips.
Great house and location in nice neighborhood. Four couples stayed for a wine tasting trip. Plenty of room, nice large dining table and outdoor seating. Lots of off street parking.
My friends and I loved this house! It was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed cooking our own breakfast and having leisurely mornings before heading out to the vineyards. It was a very well stocked kitchen, but would’ve been great to have had a 9 x 13 casserole dish.Everyone agreed that they had comfortable beds and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was too hot to enjoy our patios, but they were a great addition to the house. We would love to come back for a second visit!
House is lovely and easy to share with family. There were some maintenance issues when we arrived but the host managed these issues quickly and with great consideration. We loved the location, close to so many Vineyards, Monticello and the campus. Many nice restaurants near by. Back deck is comfy. A lovely place to stay!
The location was conveniently close to just about anything you would want to do in Charlottesville, the accommodations were just perfect for a larger group. Very comfortable and clean with great attention to detail and some very special amenities you don’t find at most VRBO‘s. Definitely a top place to stay in Charlottesville!
Our family loved our stay—everything was just as described, and even better in person. The space was welcoming, clean, and perfect for relaxing together after all the wedding activities.
Really incredible house with plenty of space. Parking is the only issue there which makes it tough.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the house and the space.
Regarding parking, the area experienced a significant snow and ice storm before your stay, which made access impossible. We hired a contractor with a skid loader who spent four hours plowing the driveway to ensure you could access the property. Given the conditions, he did the best possible job. While it was not feasible to remove all the snow and ice from the driveway and parking areas, he was able to clear a path large enough for vehicles to safely enter and exit.
We always do our best to address weather-related challenges as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding. Severe weather like this is very rare for the area, and under normal circumstances, there is ample parking available.
We had a large group staying here for a wedding in town and everything at the house was wonderful. Plenty of space, accurate to the listing, and great communication from the host.
We enjoyed a wonderful week in this roomy, well-appointed property. It met all our needs and was a great location, very convenient to downtown and the many short day trips we made to Monticello, Montpelier, and Pippin Farm vineyards. The area has so much to see and this home was a wonderful place for us to enjoy the Greater Charlottesville area. We hope to return.
The property was perfect! We were in for my son’s wedding. The property accommodated all of us! Great gathering place! Very clean, ample parking, easy access to everything. Wonderful place! Picture of the groomsman in the beautiful backyard!
The Park Street cottage was the perfect place for our girls’ trip. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well, and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely look to rent again on our next trip to the area.
Highly recommend!! We are a group of 8 women who vacation together annually. The house is really big! It was clean and plenty of towels and extra linens if needed. The main floor kitchen is updated and large. The separate dining room has a very large table and we all fit comfortably in the main floor living room. The 2 outside areas looked nice but we did not use them due to the hot weather (the air conditioning on all levels of house was good). The location of this house is great. We enjoyed the pedestrian mall, went on an awesome food tour, Monticello tour, had lunch at the Hazy Mt Winery which has awesome mountain views, and walked on the UVA campus. I highly recommend this house for it's size and location. Charlottesville is a fun place to visit.
We stayed at Amy’s house for a friends weekend and it was the perfect place for it! Tons of rooms, lots of cooking spaces, and a cozy living room area to hang out. Location is very close to downtown, Monticello and other locations. Highly recommend!
