This place was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown—so it was super convenient to get around and explore. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and set up perfectly for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made it feel like home right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—definitely a 10/10 experience and we’d love to come back!

Amazing house, far more than we needed, but we did enjoy it very much! Close to many amenities, but just far enough off the busy streets to feel quiet and safe. My kids will remember playing hide and seek in this amazing house for the rest of their lives!

Amazing! Would Book Again!

Everything was just perfect! It was such a lovely space with plenty of room. It was a really quiet house and area. Perfect sized garden for our pup. It was a close distance to shops and stores and about 20mins to all the sights! The rooms were a great size and the beds and pillows were comfy. Everything worked smoothly and it would be an excellent stay for large families.

Property was clean and accurate as described in the listing. It's reasonably well located next to the some places within walking distance for good food and access to the highway. It's about 15-25 minutes from anything you'd want to do in Balboa or Downtown San Diego. No major problems with neighbors or parking.There were some minor problems with the doorpad either running out of power or not responding to touch. Host was fast to respond and diagnose the issue over the messaging app. There are a few wild-ish chickens in the neighborhood and one made a home on the grill in the backyard, so it would sometimes peak through windows of the bedrooms. Some bugs in the house at night, including cockroaches, but nothing that didn't seem unmanageable if the property owners fixed it after our stay.
