Just perfect!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was amazing! All of the amenities kept our family occupied our entire seven days-when we went exploring the area. It’s so well equipped, a gorgeous lot, clean, and in a very convenient location! All the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms are huge. No expense is spared here! We hope to visit again for Christmas time!

Ski Trip to Remember
We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to plan this trip again at this very same house. Very spacious! The game options were a huge hit with kids of all ages, mom loved the relaxing hot tub at the end of a day of skiing, dad's favorite was the wood burning fireplace in the attached room pool room. There were a few hiccups with the house but the property manager responded and addressed. We didn't fully understand the location -- while on the mountain (close to the top), you have to drive down to get to the ski resort. In bad weather this can be a challenge. Overall we hope to visit again.

Trash issue and cleanliness of the property.
The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious for family of 2. So many activities in the house which was great for those rainy days. Downside of our vacation was that we had to take out our trash to an address far away we had difficulty trying to find the address listed and when we arrived; the location was closed due to holidays. This is something the Resort should know ahead and notify the guests. It was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful to us because we paid close to 6K and yet dealt with such issue. We were stressed out and worried about trash which was very unnecessary. We wasted our rest time on this! I again wanted to mention the trash issue here because I already emailed to Resort but noone cared to respond which is very unprofessional. The service is horrible; the comforters were not clean, there was animal hair on the blankets. I realize that they don’t really care about their guests because they are busy during holidays and they don’t have any issue finding customers during this time which makes them careless. Very sad! Please fix the trash problem and verify the cleanliness of the property for future guests. I am sure noone would want to drive around with stinky trash in his/her car!! Thanks

Wow. We will definitely be back!
This property is absolutely amazing! Where do I begin?! The living room was open but still cozy, and the attention to detail and the decor was perfect! Rustic metal and wood, unique plumbing and lighting fixtures, a mountainous mural, beautiful views off the back balcony, a private theater room we used every night to watch movies as a family, a hot tub, a pool table room with a real wood burning fire place, and a sauna! We saw deer that came within 6 feet of us in the backyard, a rabbit, and a chipmunk - I felt like a Disney princess! And everything was stocked from tons of towels (even a special basket of towels for the hot tub), an armoire full of games, a kitchen full of every gadget and utensil you’ll need to cook yummy meals. (I would usually rather take a beating than cook, but this beautiful kitchen inspired my inner domestic goddess! I whipped up chicken pot pie and taco soup - my family was in shock! Haha!) If I had to give a minor criticism, the decor in the 2 master suites didn’t quite match the vibe and felt like my grandma had picked the ensemble. Muted pinks and greens just didn’t really fit the rugged mountain theme. BUT, this is a minor critique and wouldn’t deter me from choosing this beautiful, well-appointed home over and over again. Also, unlike some mountain homes, this one is conveniently located and easily accessible from the main road (no harrowing gravel roads and only 2 minutes from a Food Lion). I highly recommend this home!
