The Condominium Condominium Guarujá I, in the Enseada, Guarujá, offers comfort and security, high wall, electrified fence, alarm, automated gates and concierge. With excellent location is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and private parking 24 hours.
The duplex apartment is for rent for 1 (one) family, with up to 15 (fifteen) people, of which 11 (eleven) will be very well accommodated in 04 rooms and comfortable beds and for others we have single mattresses. We have a large balcony, parking with 2 (two) spaces, fully equipped barbecue, kitchen with all utensils and appliances, 05 bathrooms, living room with 2 environments (dining and living, rack with 20 'TV), air conditioning and ceiling fans.
