Penthouse (single floor) comfortable for 10 people + 1 cot, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 complete + box with shower) + shower on the balcony, living room with LCD TV, DVD player, WiFi internet, full kitchen (stove, refrigerator and new microwaves). In all comfortable ceiling fans or air conditioners (2), screen protection in the windows. New clothes washer. Covered barbecue (huge balcony with 98sqm). Vacancy covered for 1 car, however availability is allowed to occupy other vacancies, through conversation with caretaker.
