It is located in a quiet family area in Round Rock, close to the highway leading to Downtown. Near the house there are walking paths and a playground, and it is also only 10min for Kalahari resort and around 13 min for Domain!

The house has all the necessary furniture and appliances - everything was bought in 2023. Fully stocked kitchen and backyard grill.

Highway access is very convenient - you can quickly get to the city center! Near the house there are restaurants and shopping centers (Walmart Supercenter, HEB and Target)

You can have a great time walking Domain, play in the playground or enjoy a barbecue in your backyard.

Nice home

Travelled to Round Rock for a day at Kalahari. Kalahari resort was about an 14 minute drive. Grocery stores very close by to the home. Overall the house was well equipped during our stay. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Owners provided dish soap, sponges, laundry pods, shampoos and conditioners. I brought my own, had I known wouldn’t have had too. 😃. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, we found a little nice park about a 3 minute walk away. My kids enjoyed this very much. Just a few minor things I had to clean and wipe down in the kitchen on day one, but I definitely would recommend this house for a small family. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean but needs work

Pros: perfectly located for where we wanted to be, clean, allows use of garage and has new furniture with a massive TV in the living room. Cons: maintenance. The door handles are loose - my son couldn't get out of the bathroom one night. The shower curtain rod fell on my wife's head. There is duct tape in the shower. There were actually so many things not fixed, I emailed the property manager outlining them so they didn't try to charge me claiming damage. Also, and this is just a preference thing, the mattresses are EXTRA FIRM, as in barely budge when you sit on them much less try to sleep.

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood

In round rock for Christmas visiting our relatives. This was a perfect place to be close but have our own space. House had everything we needed & is well appointed.

New renovations almost complete

Great house and layout. Looks like they have renovated a lot, but just haven’t quite finished it. It was nice to be able to use the garage for parking in the rain, but know there is a bit of a lip getting the car into the garage. Also note that guests can’t use the fireplace in the photos.

Nicely updated property and great location

We were looking for a three bedroom property in Round Rock and this worked out great. The home is updated with many nice details, nicely decorated and super clean. All appliances appear to be very new and spacious backyard with patio furniture and grill that appears to new as well (we did not use it). Very good location in Round Rock close to Dell campus and many restaurants. Short drive to downtown Austin - since very close to freeway exit. Communication with Polina was great - she was very responsive.
