Lovely cabin feel, close to Munising and Pictured Rocks
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, the house has been recently updated and modernized, so the kitchen was a delight to cook in, and the steam shower is a great touch, especially as the weather has started to cool down. My kids loved the hot tub!

Excellent guest! Great communication and house was left clean, almost questioned if anyone even stayed. Always welcome back.
The house was wonderful. It was clean and cozy, adequate room for our large family. The rustic decor was fun. The sauna bath was a real hit. It was in a quiet area and close to Munising where we took in the sites. I recommend the house for any family vacation.
Great central location in the UP. The house was recently renovated and very spacious for our family of 6. The host provided ample information and amenities. We would go back to this house in future UP trips.
We stayed here for 3 nights with some friends and the house was just what we needed. Everything inside the house was up to date and in working order. The hot tub was huge and definitely a perk after lots of physical activity during the day. It’s more of a rural area but there was a small grocery mart and a restaurant/bar a few miles down the road. Would recommend for summer or winter activities for a larger group/family.
We stayed three days at Matt’s place, and we were extremely pleased. The house has 3 nice sized bedrooms and plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved the decor. It felt like a cabin in the woods. The beds were comfortable, and the house was spotlessly clean. Extra toiletries were available, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Only a short drive to Munising and a good starting point for visiting the waterfalls in the area. We had a little trouble with the keypad for the door, but Matt was quick to respond and got it taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.
I like the place but i think it should be listed for 10 people maximum. There is not enough beds to sleep on. We had 1 adult sleeping on the sofa (which is not convertible) and 1 adult sleeping in the living room area which is design to hang out. When you going for a week vacation you want to rest not straggle. Also I would add table spoons there was only 4 available. Otherwise it was fine.
