About this property
River House within 30 minutes of Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park.
Not only does it offer breathtaking views and peacefulness, it has easy access to water activities that include swimming, kayaking and fishing. This house sits high above the river with a huge screened-in deck that spans across the complete bottom of the house, offering a great space for large gatherings. Guest will have access to the complete property for ATV’s and camping. RV hook-up also available.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchen essentials and includes a small island with barstools for enjoying casual meals or socializing around the kitchen. All appliances are newer including a range, microwave and refrigerator. Please note there is no dishwasher and the range is propane gas.
This is a river house which means there may be mud, wind, pollen, bugs, snakes, temporary power outages, dirt, leaves, dust, and fallen trees. The house is professionally cleaned after every single guest, but please keep in mind that this is a river house on the outside. All used linens, duvet covers, pillow cases, shams, blankets and towels are washed after every guest.
Kayaks and fishing poles will be located near the home but please return them and make sure the kayaks are flipped upside down after use. We ask you bring your own life jackets to ensure proper fitting and safety. If you need an extra or two, please let me know and I'll bring some out.
An outdoor propane grill, firepit and outdoor seating area will also be provided.
The water system is a well and contains sulfur, which produces an orange tint in color. The water is safe to wash in and use but is not recommended for drinking. Please bring bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes only.
ATV Rental Options:
Private, guided ATV tour available at a daily rate of $350
XP 1000 Razr, 4 Seater, daily rate of $250
900 Turbo Can Am, 2 Seater, daily rate of $200
Tents are permissible on the property with a fee of $20.00 per tent, per night. Please inform the host at reservation time or prior to check-in.
