Cozy spot to spend the night on our road trip through the mountains. We enjoyed the privacy, nice decor, and close proximity to our activities around the Red River Gorge!

Thanks so much! We're glad you enjoyed your time here. Hope to host you again on your next trip through the Gorge!
Nice little house for a couple. Great location to climbing areas. Very clean. Would not recommend for groups larger than 2 people. We were very cramped with 4. Also when other guests stayed in the other house on the property the fuse would blow when they turned on their heaters.

Sorry you were a bit crowded...But happy to hear you made the best of it and enjoyed your stay in the area.
It is an adorable little house with the perfect amount of space for a couple. The house was easy to access and get into. The only problem we had was that there was hair and some dirt on the bed sheets when we checked it, it didn't looked washed but we ignored it. Overall a good place for 1 night in the gorge.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're so glad to hear that you found the cabin adorable and the space perfect for a couple. It’s great to know that access to the house was easy and that you enjoyed your stay in the Gorge.
However, we sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bed linens. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be addressing it with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We hope to welcome you for another stay!
House was clean, no wifi, problem with door, problem with mice, all chairs broken at fire ring

We apologize for the communication issue you experienced. It appears that the after-hours message you sent was through our online platform, which unfortunately is not monitored during late hours. We provided a phone number for after-hours assistance, which is monitored, but it seems no call was made. We truly value your experience and want to ensure that all guests have prompt support, especially after hours.

Not Bad
It was nice. Complaints- The Bed is Absolutely Horrible!! If staying here bring a blow up mattress. We can’t believe they would leave a totally worn out bed in this cabin. Was definitely the worst experience. Outdoor fire pit chairs (5) all broken. If we didn’t have a 4x4 truck we wouldn’t have gotten in driveway due to mud from lots of rain, would be fine once dry. Overall nice peaceful place to stay. Oh yeah one more thing, tight fit to use the toilet. If you are a bigger person you’d probably have to move the washer dryer to use toilet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you found the cabin to be a peaceful place to stay, even if a few things didn’t quite meet expectations.
We’re sorry to hear the bed wasn’t comfortable for you. It actually isn’t very old, but we know that mattress firmness is a personal preference—what works for one guest might not work for another. We’ll still check to make sure it’s holding up well.
We also appreciate you pointing out the condition of the outdoor chairs—we’ll look into replacing those right away. And yes, the driveway can be a little tricky after heavy rain, but we’re glad your 4x4 handled it just fine.
As for the bathroom setup—this is a smaller cabin, and the only way we could offer the convenience of a washer and dryer was to place them where space allowed, which ended up being next to the toilet. It’s definitely a tight fit, and we understand that may not be ideal for everyone.
Thanks again for your honest feedback—it helps us continue to improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again.
