We absolutely loved this property! It was unique, great location and spacious for our family or five. This property gets booked more frequently through another platform with fabulous reviews. The rating is skewed here with limited VRBO bookings. We would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this home. It's beautiful, it's spacious, and it has privacy. Our host was so responsive, and the location was great. The kids are officially spoiled for what a nice place can be like.Waking up to singing birds, a beautiful pool, a large kitchen with plenty of space to get around in. I'll be dreaming of this house!

Let’s start with the positive things about the property. The warm pool is lovely, the downstairs bed is very comfortable and the host was responsive when we had no hot water upon arrival. It is also located in a quiet area if there had not been construction. A significant issue was a gas leak from apparently the stove with a strong smell that we were later blamed for leaving the stove on. In reality, we never used the stove, not even once. In addition, there was construction going on with banging into metal right into the wall for multiple days. The host never responded during the stay. This is a first negative review that I have ever posted but unfortunately it reflects our experience.

Close to town, beautiful and quiet

We were two families with kids ages 3-10 and this place was absolutely perfect. I am originally from Guatemala and have stayed in many places in Antigua, but this one ranks at the top. Close enough to everything but on a secluded street so it was very peaceful.

Beautiful House

The location was great, quiet and beautiful. For some reason or another the property manager would only take calls if it was a “true emergency” he said. He should be available for any questions a client may have. I asked him a question through VRBO and never heard from him. We could not find the house at first but we did later without his help. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

COCKROACH ALERT! COCKROACHES! Owner is aware and will charge full amount despite damaged property

We stayed for one night after which we found cockroaches in the bathrooms and all over our pantry foods. Contacted owner and let him know our food had to be thrown away and we could not stay there with bugs. He said it was fine, and we should cancel the reservation with Vrbo, he then contacted VRBO himself and refused to release the reservation with them. We as guest are not able to cancel an active reservation and we let him know this to which he continued to refuse to cancel day after day until we were charged the full reservation. Owner knows how to work the Vrbo system. Be Careful.
