We travel a lot and we definitely love Cozumel. This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay.Plus it was only one block from the supermarket. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. And the host was always available to answer our questions.

Great Location!

The home itself is lovely, simple but elegant. The cold plunge pool is a bonus on hot/humid days. Plenty of ceiling fans to circulate air vs running the AC overly cold.The location is perfect; two blocks from a general store, the local "plaza" and just 5 or 6 blocks outside of the hub bub of "downtown". Our host was attentive but unobtrusive and accommodated our odd flight schedule. The "extras" of a couple of bottles of wine, coffee, and cooking oil was a nice touch. If I were to nitpick, the tile floors while appearing clean were not so much in the kitchen (a challenge with lot's of barefoot traffic in the tropics combined with cooking environment no doubt) and as with every VRBO/Condo I have stayed the knives are dull...but really only a nit pick.

Great Stay

Stayed 2 weeks - Fairly new house located South end of town 2 blocks from Chedraui Big store on Main Melgar Ave - Very Convenient!! Had Diffuculty while attempting to enter for first time. Property manager provided entry code & described how to use digital lock .... But FAILED To mention the "Safety Feature" that was REQUIRED to get to the main screen to ooerate with the lock code. Caused delay in getting in. NEEDLESSLY FRUSTRATING. Nice big house, 2 bedrooms on main floor w balance of 3 upstairs. These had ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen was fairly well stocked w dishes & such, but we had to buy a number of cooking items such as baking sheets & such. Pool is not really even a plunge pool as it is only like 4 feet deep & stayed pretty cool as the sun doesn't hit the water but for just a few hours of the day. In all, this house is nice and clean in a good location - moderate walk to town & resturaunts & shopping. Property manager did good job of responding to a couple of issues we had. Would recommend.
