Good place to stay

Place was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities we needed. Overall very happy with the space and location. The bunk beds were comfortable, though mixed reviews on the Murphy bed mattress. Could have used some AC!

Great Stay!

Nice condo unit and perfect location for my wife and I, as cross country skiers. The nordic trails started very close to the unit. This was our first visit to SilverStar and the managers and owners were very responsive to all the questions we had. Also very nice that the condo has an separate entry area for storing skiis and gear.

Fines!

There was an arm long list of rules and charges/fines for not complying. For example - if you failed to return the parking pass (a laminated piece of paper) it was a 75 fine! Really?A tip envelope for the cleaners - we had to do most of the cleaning or be charged! cleaning

Thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately, we get charged $75 from Strata to replace any parking passes, which is why that fine is set as a rule. We wish they were free as it would make everyone's lives easier. They are actual passes that we have put in sleeves with lanyards so they do not get broken and are easier to find/put pack As for cleaning, all we ask is the dishwasher is turned on, turn off lights, lock doors and toss any towels in the bathtub - we ask you not to strip any beds or do anything else. So, I'm not sure what other cleaning needed to be done. The cleaning is contracted out, so they have those envelopes in there but are definitely not required.
