The Beach House has a huge 2nd story outdoor deck off Family Room with gas BBQ, natural wood Fire Pit, Lovely patio furniture including casual table with 8 chairs, and umbrella for your family to dine outside while taking in the amazing 180 degree Ocean Views.
The Beach House is located on No. The Strand/ Beach,( Between Oceanside Pier and Harbor) One house back from the sand, for privacy, and just 150 ft. easy walk out to the sand! Tower 7Volleyball, BBQs, Tables on the beach, Public Restrooms built recently built. , BH recently refurbished and (Sleeps 8 Comfortably)
The home is situated with a Master suite downstairs with NEW Queen 14" cool Memory bed with ensuite Full Shower with Moen w/ handheld. The Master has a Private Entrance for convenience/added privacy. Bedroom # 2 also downstairs has a queen Westin 16" Heavenly Pillow-top Mattress bed and Bath#2, Full bath ensuite, with Bathtub/shower Combination. Downstairs, Living Room closes and is private has NEW cozy Queen Sofa Sleeper w/ New 2021 Gel/Memory temper mattress, fireplace, flat screen TV. Door closes to make living room private.

Mary may was very friendly and very helpful before and during our stay, the location of the house was perfect for our vacation. the beach house had just about everything you could need for the beach, cooking, entertaining a group, drinking ect. the view from the rooftop patio was amazing, you can hear the waves crashing from up there. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can stay there again!

Many times, guests will book a 2nd trip before they've checked out to make sure they get their dates to return year after year... And Oceanside is always changing..new restaurants opening, etc. I give all of my renters links to local grocery and local restaurants within walking distance, near the pier and harbor for breakfast. And top ten restaurants with ocean view and outdoor seating, top ten burger and pizza restaurants, top ten things to do for free.And oceanside et cetera, things to do with your kids.. etc.. however I can accommodate my guests.!! .Thanks again for choosing the beach house! Great place to take your family. The house was well equipped and very clean. Just a very short walk to the sand. The deck was awesome! Would stay her again for sure! Host was so easy to get ahold of and very helpful.

We love this beach house! Plenty of room, lots of parking, absolutely perfect location.The beach was pristine, water was warm and clear We would set up our beach camp early in the morning and spend the day on the beach. Friends and family could come and go. House is close enough to run back and forth for supplies, dry clothes, whatever.We'll be back next year. Mary is the ultimate host

Thank you for the great review! I try to equip the beach house. So that it is comfortable for families, from small babies. In other words there is a baby monitor and a pack and play And the baby gate etc. Up to? Someone like myself who might live in pain. So the beds are and the couches are all comfortable and a shower. Chair can be brought to the house upon request. So there is something for all ages. And plenty of family board games and the beach house is really been purchased for families and for groups to go and have fun. And the location is perfect, and it's private. When house back from the sand so you look right down on the beach. But you're not in the thick of things.. and you're right in between the pier and harbor 5-10 minute walk, to the pier and local restaurants.. glad you all had a great time. That makes me happy to hear.. thanks again!!

We really enjoyed our time at Mary Mays home in Oceanside. It took more time to load up the cart of stuff that we wanted to take to the beach then it took to walk to the beach. It was very close. The whole house was well stocked with everything you need including beach towels, and boogie boards and outdoor games. Mary was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was a very attentive host. The rooftop patio was a real highlight for us. I felt like it was very family, friendly and comfortable.

Isn't it the most relaxing feeling you get when you drive down The Strand and that little hidden alley, where the beach house sits with 3 other homes overlooking the ocean. It's just so private, peaceful and fun for hosting or just relaxing and BBQING in the evening. With your friends and family! It's the best.. and while some of your family is swimming in the ocean with the kids And they come up to the house for a bite to eat.. you have casual eating for 8-10 sitting around the kitchen living room, dining room downstairs... The deck has casual seating on deck for 14, but has outdoor table seating for 8.and just inside the door to Family room has a table for 4, also with Ocean View. The upstairs FamilyRm./3rd Bed. has 2 upgraded Comfy Qn. Sofa sleepers, the Laundry Room and Bath #3 has a Moen Shower/tub Combo.. with removable handheld.. I love the pictures that you have included.. Thank you for sharing with future travelers. I am not good at uploading myself period so I am grateful when guests leave reviews period the first eight years I had people only writing in a book and otherwise I would have hundreds of reviews.. So many happy families have come through the beach house year after year. I just wish we could bottle that sunset up and send everyone home with it... it's amazing. Thanks again mary may

Like I said comma there are so many fun things to do.A two nights day really is not enough time to take it all in... and you wind up picking and choosing what you are going to do for the morning afternoon and the evening.And end up having to leave out a lot of fun things and end up coming right back.. there are so many things that are going on and a lot of it is free.. you just have to know which links and also the newer restaurants that have opened app and the happy hours that are going on and have live music or the Oceanside. Welcome center is wonderful and they are so happy to help and send Discount tickets for almost anything you could want to do!! And I have many, many of those in the front entry of the beach house!! I have equipped the Beach House with everything I could think of to make your stay the best experience ever! Rent this house because of it's amenities, Amazing ocean views, Privacy, Huge deck with BBQ FirePit, Most of all....Location, Location, Location ! On The Strand, just steps from the sand and 5 min. walk to The Pier or Harbor! But hopefully because you want a beach house you can keep coming back to and count on that it has been gone through and is disisfected and my cleaning staff has been trained and count on consistency year after year and keep coming back!! :) Mary May , Owner

A beautiful 180 Degree Ocean View.! Watch the waves roll in! It is private "Kick back Cool" Sit out on the deck, have your fire, bbq, lay out, watch people play volleyball out on the sand, cars driving by all day On the strand, but the BH is the ONE and ONLY, Private street with 4 homes, and the BH :)( the only with full Ocean view) I love to make people happy! While the house is Pet Friendly, You could not tell an Animal had ever stayed there! That house is made for families! Special Events, Birthdays and we love to surprise with complimentary light decor!
