This ski-in/ski-out condo features modern art and an updated kitchen! Located where Breckenridge meets the mountains, this wonderful property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond. The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo! Ski in the morning and take a lunch break in your condo!

This spacious condominium suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!

Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the unit's private deck. The full granite kitchen provides a perfect amount of counter space is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is gorgeous and features stone shower walls and granite counter tops! Custom artwork is featured throughout the unit.

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

Spacious condo steps away from the Quicksilver Superlift and very close to downtown, shops, and restaurants. The condo was cozy and our family enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tubs after a day on the slopes. The only improvement would be stocked coffee/sugar/creamer and more than 1 set of tiny shampoo/conditioner bottles. Otherwise, an excellent stay in the heart of Breckenridge!

Our first time to Breckenridge and we picked the perfect location! The condo is steps to the slopes, shopping and dining. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient! I would recommend a bigger, more comfortable couch, but that’s not a big deal. We really weren’t in the room that much and it was just two of us. The beds are super cozy, the kitchen is nice for meal prep, bathroom has two sinks and it has a beautiful view! It’s was just the right amount of space for the two of us to enjoy our stay! The art work in the unit is wonderful too, painted by the owner. Our new bathing suits were significantly faded by the chemicals in the hot tubs after soaking each day after skiing, so take an old suit. Cade and Justin were responsive, very helpful and patient when calling about any needs regarding the reservation. We would choose this condo/location again when returning to Breck!

First the host was super responsive! Updated us in real time on check in time and check out times. Second the property was amazing! Place was clean and modern. Beds were comfy! Fireplace was cozy although we didn't use it. The pool and 4 hot tubs were amazing after a day of skiing. The location was the best. Walk up to the lift anytime. Would definitely love to stay again sometime. Thanks!
