This place was absolutely beautiful to stay in. We loved how close of a walk it was from the beach and the different options available for breakfast , lunch and dinner! As well as a late night snack ice cream and donuts! Jennifer was an amazing host and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would love to book again for future stays in Newport.

Incredible location. Walkable to everything we needed. Surprisingly not too loud despite the location. Jennifer made everything very easy and was super communicative and responsive. We highly recommend!

Location, location, location! We had a lovely week in this cottage just steps away from the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage were a nice perk. Having dedicated parking was also a huge plus for the area. The host was super responsive and helpful. The home was clean, updated, and comfortable. We loved our stay in Newport and hope to make our way back again!

Great place to stay if wanting to be right next to the beach! Can’t beat the location. Very clean, nice layout. Only reason for docking a star was because of the AC. Since we were instructed not to turn it below 73 we had to rely on all the fans to keep it cool. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal for most people. We just had a baby with us so it was important to keep it cool. Otherwise we loved the place! Cute coastal interior design too and easy check in!

We loved our stay at the cottage in Newport. The location was unsurpassed, mere steps from the beach and the local hot spots, and with the best patio for coffee and people watching, especially with all the 4th of July antics! Jennifer was incredibly helpful and responsive before and during our stay, responding to any questions or concerns so quickly and kindly. The cottage is decorated so cute and cozy and had everything we needed for a few days away. And having the driveway was SO helpful! I would highly recommend a stay at the cottage.

This place is a hidden gem and we'll definitely be looking to book again for our next year's Summer kick off trip. Location is awesome and a huge plus, it has a driveway for parking which is rare for the area. No need to battle the streets for a spot. This house comes with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and beach going trip. Also, the host Jennifer is awesome! Great communication.

Amazing Spot!

Loved this property and the location was incredible, only one house from the softest sand! Jenn was amazing and the fastest communicator I’ve ever had with a VRBO host. We can’t wait to go back to Newport!

Location was great and place was clean and well appointed. Having 2 parking spots was really convenient. I live in Orange County and rarely go to the beach so it was nice to spend a little time in the sun and sand! Especially with the bathroom and parking close by.

Amazing location just steps from the beach. A parking space is available but very small. Sufficient for one car. There’s a lot of vehicle traffic that blocks the driveway. If you don’t plan to use your vehicle much, it won’t be an issue. If you need to come & go you must have patience. It has nothing to do with the property or it’s owner, just a lot of beach goers dropping off/ picking up without regard to personal driveways.Definitely recommend if you want to be really close to the beach!

Perfect spot

This is the perfect little bungalo, you are just steps to the boardwalk and sand, our grandchildren had so much fun. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy your time in the California sun. Easy to get to, and there is parking for your car, which is a plus in Newport Beach.

Great little house and location!

Perfect spot right next to the beach and walking distance to almost everything! Nicely updated and very comfortable beds and accommodations. The unit was very clean and cozy. Loved the beach toys and bikes. The best part was dedicated parking spot for a tall large vehicle. This was one of the keys to booking as our vehicle cannot fit in many of the typical beach properties. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks!
