We have onsite Restrooms, Laundry Facility, Pickleball Court, Office Gym, General Store, Clubhouse, Summer Pool, Playground, Basketball Court, Corn Hole Boards, Free Wi-Fi. We have a well stocked General Store for snacks and RV supplies. Short Drives to North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase National Monument. Popular Utah cities including Moab, St. George. Amazing Red Rock Scenery. Slot Canyons. Wildlife.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Not Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew. (10 PM – 8 AM)
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a
replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Very cozy!

My stay was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a quiet, cool retreat after a day out gallivanting. The facilities were clean and close by my yurt. There were all kinds of amenities offered. I’d come here again.

Hiking

We stayed in Kanab bc it was about and hour and a half from each place we went to. We went to Zion, Bryce Canyon, north rim Grand Canyon, and lower antelope canyon/ horseshoe bend. There are also several little trails that you can hike closer to kanab as well.
