Sweet Jasmine Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here. The kitchen and living area are perfect for families. It even had a small table and chairs for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Seaside Location, Nicely Updated

We especially loved the living room - plenty of seating for the four adults to stretch out and watch TV. Highly recommend - we will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation-Dissatisfied that air conditioning was unavailable in tower area. Children had to sleep on couches in living room for a couple of days. Window unit had to be installed in tower by maintenance. Would not recommend unless tower air conditioning addressed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Jasmine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice (one bedroom and bathroom had not been updated like the others but all the upgrades were very nice including the kitchen). We stated that we wouldn’t mind staying here again. It wasn’t too far from the beach or town area, great screened porch off the living room area, lots of places to”hang out “ together etc.

Lovely experience minus the Seaside wristbands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. Wonderful stay. However, I would not stay again due to the rules on the Seaside wristbands. Multiple kids lost wristbands in the water, as they came detached. Would not recommend Seaside.

Fantastic house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sweet Jasmine! Each of the 4 rooms downstairs had an associated bathroom, which was amazing for all the adults we had staying with us. The upstairs common area was huge and the kitchen was extremely impressive, with modern appliances and plenty of dishware. We loved the screened in patio overlooking Ruskin street. The house was far enough away from the main drive/storefronts to be quiet, but was so close to all the main stores and the beach access point (both about 3-4 minute easy walk). It was also very close to the adult pool, family pool, and fitness center. Couldn't really have asked for anything better, leaves nothing to be desired!

Sweet Jasmine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a very nice stay. My complaints for the house:1) Only one trash can outside2) The bunk room ceiling fan is attached to the lights, so you must have the lights on in order to use the fan. 3) There is one mattress that is hard as a rock. 4) The master bed literally creeks every time you move which is not ideal for good sleep. I was very pleased with the quick response to a maintenance issue, so the service was great. They fixed the air conditioning in one room.

Appliances were super modern and the AC on first and second floor was amazing!
