2,500 square foot house with plenty of room to spread out inside or outdoors!

Traveling with kids? We have a pack-n-play, high chair, kids' utensils, and bibs as well as toys, books, and games for a variety of ages.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed - located on the main floor
Bedroom 3 - King bed plus desk/workspace located on the 2nd level
Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds located on the 2nd level
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed - located on the lower level

★ BATHROOMS ★

Three clean and fully stocked bathrooms, one on each level of the home. All bathrooms have bright lighting, large mirrors, and shower/bathtub combination. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

★ KITCHEN & DINING AREAS ★

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. Visit the coffee station with a large drip coffee maker as well as a French press.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. The indoor dining room and table offer seating for up to 10 guests! The outdoor dining table can seat at least 8.

The house has a spacious fenced-in backyard for your use with a patio, 8 person outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, a brand new grill. Play cornhole/bags (provided) , enjoy a fire, light up the BBQ, and enjoy the famous CO weather!

The game room is perfect for adults and kids alike! Pac-Man arcade with 10 games, foosball table, electronic darts, karaoke machine, board games, and puzzles. Also, a deluxe play kitchen with tons of food and accessories to keep the kids entertained.

Great Home & Great Hosts

Lovely property that is well cared for and kept. We were in town for a tradeshow and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hosts' communication was prompt and made the entire stay from check in to check out easy breezy. We hope to stay here again!

We loved this house. The host was very communicative and hospitable. It fit our group of 10 that came in for the weekend very comfortably. Clean and modern! Would return.

We had a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. It was very nice having two living rooms. The kids enjoyed lounging in the basement and appreciated to comfy sectional down there. The space worked well for our group (2 moms, 1dad, 4 daughters) and was close to Walmart etc.

A great place to stay and visit Denver & Boulder!

We wanted to stay where we could visit Boulder and Denver and go skiing too. This was a great place with many living areas and space to spread out. Thanks for all the communication and for sharing your home! We hope to return in the future!

The house was perfect for our week in Denver with our 3 boys. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed. My kids loved the playroom! The house is on a busier street but we didn’t have any issue with noise and the fence around the front made it feel safe for my smaller children. It’s a bit of a developing area but you are close to everything in the area. Our hosts were so thoughtful and responsive to any questions. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Nice early Xmas gathering.

Very nice hosts. Very clean house. Ample room for 6 of us with one bedroom to spare. Fun playroom for kids downstairs. Well stocked. Nice neighborhood, but lots of street traffic on one side. Suggestion: a light over the sink is badly needed, especially in the evening.

Was just what we needed!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday for two different hockey tournaments our kids were in. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us with comfortable beds. The fenced yard was great for the dog too. Kids & adults enjoyed the game room! We found the kitchen to be very well stocked for cooking our big meal. The extra blankets and bedside lights were nice extra touches to make it feel homey. The only thing we found is the kitchen lighting isn't great for cooking and cleaning once the sun goes down. Overall it was a great stay and we would defiantly come back! We highly recommend.

Pitch perfect!!

We traveled in for soccer nationals and ran into terrible travel issues! We booked last min and they bent over backwards to let us check in same day! The house was perfect for us! We had 4 soccer moms and 4 soccer players, there was space to be together, and space to have our space. The house was very well stocked and they made check out so easy! Highly recommend this great house in a convenient location in Westminster!0
