We stayed here to attend games at Lecom Park. Short drive to the park. Close to all stores needed. The only issue is the size of my family. We are all over 6 foot tall, not small humans. The house has some low ceilings, so if you are a large human. Duck

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for its charming appeal and proximity to the schools. The houses are beautifully kept, and there's a vibrant mix of colors all year round.
The neighborhood is peaceful yet close enough to several attractions in town. We're within walking distance from some great restaurants, shops, parks, gyms—you name it!
No matter what time of the year it is, there's always something to do and explore. The natural beauty of the area is breathtaking, and we find ourselves admiring its beauty almost every day!
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it was built in the 1920's and is located in the historic Palmetto District. This fact alone makes it stand out from other properties – guests will really get a feel for the old-world charm of south Florida.
The home has several original features, including a cozy loft-style living area on the upper level and a "shotgun" front-to-back door layout .
Each room is distinctive, with its own charm and character that make the house even more unique. We also have a large outdoor space for guests to enjoy our back yard patio basket ball court, and off street parking.
