This multi-level unit has 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds), 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft with 2 sofa sleepers that can sleep 1-2 each. There is a beautiful rooftop deck as well as a patio area. Less than a one minute walk to a private beach. A heated outdoor pool is available on site from June through Labor Day. Short walk to Veteran’s Park and Kalmus Beach and 0.5 mile from Hyannis Harbor. Walking distance to Main Street which has popular restaurants and a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This property may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges due to stairs (young children and/or elderly).

This was our second time staying here, and there’s a reason we came back. We fell in love with both the condo and its location during our first visit last year, and this stay was every bit as wonderful as we remembered.Tiffany and Peter are exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout the booking process.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the chic coastal décor. Before booking last year, we looked at several other units, but this one kept drawing us back because of its beautiful décor and inviting feel. The living room quickly became our favorite place to gather as a family. Whether we were unwinding after a day at the beach, playing games, or watching a movie together, it truly felt like a home away from home.The welcome guide was detailed, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. Everything from parking and beach access to local recommendations and house information was thoughtfully explained.The location is fantastic. The private beach is just steps away, Kalmus Beach is an easy walk, the pool was perfect for unwinding after the beach, and Main Street, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminals for Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are all within walking distance.Returning for a second year was an easy decision for our family. Thank you, Tiffany and Peter, for another wonderful family vacation and for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

This rental was a great location. Everything was very clean and updated. The rental was stocked with all of the amenities that you may need. We loved being on the beach and also having a pool. We would definitely rent here again.
