We would not be able to improve our property and guest experience if not for your candor.
Our hot tub is a wonderful amenity and we are genuinely sorry your group felt uncomfortable in any way. Our cameras are at each entrance to the home and are used for security purposes only. We can not stress this enough. As a business (half women owned) we would never encroach on a guest’s privacy. We have been informed, recently by our cleaning staff, that the hot tub has been slightly misused so we decided to send a gentle reminder.
We plan to put additional information in the welcome book to support these efforts and prefer not to interrupt the guests with even a small message.
Again, we are deeply sorry you felt uneasy in any way and take your feedback very seriously.
