One Of A Kind! Luxury Peninsula Lakefront House In Emerald Lakes, PA

Surround yourself with nature. Our luxury house is located in private Emerald Lakes community complete with pools, lakes and beaches. Our home is beautifully decorated with a rustic theme to truly make it your home away from home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, reverse osmosis water filtration system and brand new appliances. A beautiful dining room with potbelly stove, living room with propane fireplace awaits you. There are four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kid's' bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds) and a study with a bunk bed with a full and twin bed.. Three full baths with tub and showers. In the newly renovated basement, there is a washer and dryer, pool table, ping pong, and foozball tables. The basement has a large TV room with a DVD player and cable TV. Two wrap around porches offering beautiful panoramic views surround the one and half acre peninsula property.

Emerald Lakes will permit only 10 people to rent our house at a time

If you enjoy boating, our house is the place! There are 6 kayaks, a paddleboat, a paddleboard and a canoe for your use in the 90 acre lake. Fish off the canoe or off the two docks (weather permitting)

Emerald Lakes is a convenient and centrally located community for your vacation. We are located about an 1 1/2 from both Philadelphia and New York City. We are located a few miles from Camelback skiing, Camelbeach waterpark, Kalahari waterpark, Crossing Premium Outlets, Mt. Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, and Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Area. State Parks, hiking trails, dining and shopping are close by.

* The indoor pool is year round and outdoor pool is open (memorial-labor day). Hours vary.

Emerald Lakes offers an indoor and outdoor pool, beaches, community clubhouse, sauna, basketball and tennis courts, playground, and ice skating pond. In our lake, there is swimming, kayaking, fishing and paddle boating.

You can find more information on our community at www.elainc.org. Please note that the rules and regulations apply to all that stay at our home.

Please NO parties of any type or high school/college groups. We ask that a few members of your party are 25 and older. At least one person should be 30 years old.

Please note that that the road leading to our house and our driveway are stone roads.

** Your entire cleaning fee could be returned to you if the used laundry is washed and the house is found presentable by the cleaners. The entire house is still meticulously cleaned by our cleaning crew.

This property is amazing. Sleeping for 10. Huge kitchen. Beautiful house surrounded on 3 sides by water. Equipment to play in the water. Even if it rains the basement is full of fun. The owners were helpful and always available.

Every window in this home, and there are many, has amazing views. The game room in the basement was such a perk given how cold it was outside. Each bedroom was spacious. The kitchen very well equipped. Would love to come back in another season.

Great Vacation Home!

The house, location, amenities were all outstanding! It is evident the owners take tremendous pride in their home. We are glad that they are gracious enough to offer it as a rental. Our family enjoyed the spacious home, beautiful views from every room, the water crafts (pedal boats, canoe, kayaks) swimming in the lake, and indoor game room. It made our family vacation very enjoyable!

Perfect family getaway!!

Perfect Pocono home for a long weekend getaway with my family! The house was exactly as described in the listing, only better! Amazing views, impeccable home, extremely comfortable beds, and a great community. We took advantage of the indoor pool which was great! Also very convenient to Camelback. Weekend Fishing Trip

Family getaway

This was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at yet. Every window had a magnificent view of the lake. My family enjoyed the game room and kayaks, fire pit…. I could keep going. This house was packed with so much to do…we were never bored…LOVE IT! We loved it so much we booked for next year! Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home! And also the furniture and beds were so comfortable…we could not ask for more!

This home is absolutely beautiful! All of the bedrooms are large and quite comfortable. The views are amazing as you can see the lake from every window. The property is private and relaxing. The temperature did not allow for kayaking so we are hoping to do that next time. We did enjoy sitting around the fire pit as well as playing ping pong and foosball. We made many happy memories at this incredible home. Shannon was very easy to work with and kind. We had a question and she got back to us immediately. This house was amazing, it was well stocked with almost everything you need. The rooms are huge, plenty of room for everyone! We especially liked that there was enough kayaks and boats to all go out together. There was 5 kayaks 1 standup paddle board, canoe and a paddle boat! The bonus basement with ping pong, pool and game area was fun. It was also nice you didn't have to go down a long hill to get to the lake.This house is not far off the highway and you have Walmart close by! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be back!

A fun family getaway 2025

What a wonderful relaxing family gathering we all had! There were eight adults and two children, the beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious and well decorated. The double porches were so relaxing, it is where we spent a lot of time watching family kayaking, birds flying by with their new babies in the birdhouse on the tree near by! The view was absolutely stunning from all three sides, even while washing the dishes you could zoom in on the gorgeous outdoors and at times seeing deer wading in the water or nibbling on the grass. The long table with benches and island with chairs in the kitchen was perfect for our family of ten. All the pluses were to especially the many kayaks, the paddle boat and board, we used them daily. For the end of the day we looked forward to the fire pit overlooking the water and later entertainment, the basement which provided fun games of pool playing and ping pong! We all agreed it was such a grand place to be for our family summer gathering!!

The best atmosphere ever!

Amazing weekend - coffee!!

Stayed there with a few friends for a weekend and it was excellent! Super clean and all the amenities you could ask for...there were five different ways to make coffee!!!
