The apartment itself was plain and a bit tired, but the location was great, as was having a free parking spot. Very safe area and 24 hour security. The pool was excellent - like a warm bathtub by our last day there. Never did find the sauna. If I could, I’d rate the apartment a 3 and the Royal Kuhio building a 5.

The unit was roomy and had a great view of the mountains. Appreciated the kitchen - saved money on meals. Location was great for my agenda, and I especially appreciated the secure parking and building access. Calvin was very helpful with checking in and information.

Our stay was great! Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had all we needed for our stay. Free parking is a bonus and the pool was clean and warm. We would stay again no problem. Tv crapped out on us but they delivered a brand new one the next day. Air conditioning in both living room and bed room were a plus. The odd roach here and there but that is just the way it is in Hawaii. We will be back!
