The house is located in the condominium Aldeia da Baleia, in front of a landscaped square, near the headquarters, has large, airy and well-lit environments, decorated with modern furniture and fully equipped for your comfort and leisure.
At the headquarters we have a gym, tennis court, sports court and Wi-Fi network.
The house has upstairs 2 suites (1 double king bed and one single for 4 people), 2 double rooms (1 with normal bed and another normal box) sharing a bathroom, and a cable TV room.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a living room with Sky cable TV, forming a unique and spacious environment, a toilet, a dining room combined with a kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is a swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, 1 round glass table with ombrelone, on the balcony has barbecue, 1 table for 8 people and space for 1 hammock.
It has air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans in the rooms.
