We stayed with our 2 dogs and loved that this location was close to parks, trails, and great places for dog walks. There was also ample room in the spacious yards. We appreciated the fire pit in the backyard for cool fall evenings. The hosts were very responsive.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the host was amazing to communicate with. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy Holland, Grand Haven, and Lake Michigan. There are tons of trails and the beaches are amazing. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This was perfect for us. The area was beautiful.
The host was very nice and made us feel at home.
The amenities were a plus.
The house was great for our family of eight adults. There was plenty of room to hang out/play games in the living area as well as a very nice deck outside. It was a 15 minute drive to Holland or Grand Haven and a short drive to a beach and to blueberry picking! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The host was quick to reply and to address needs that arose.
We were able to visit with my young kids and have my brother visit with his dog. We had 4 adults, 2 kids. It was close to beaches, holland & grand haven. Clean and kid friendly. Spacious and great for gathering as a family.
The location is great for Lake Michigan. Super close to multiple beaches. The house was spacious and the backyard was great. The house itself could use some work. It was pretty dirty when we arrived. Super dusty living room, the top of the fridge had used plastic ware and cups on top. Most of the dishes felt unclean. We washed dishes before we used them. There were crumbs on the kitchen floor. Stains on the bedding. The towels were very old in the bathrooms. The trim has never been finished in the bathroom. Water had to be all the way on hot to take a shower. Carpets are stained. Overall, just felt very "used" or like you were staying at grandmas house that hadn't been cleaned well. The fan in the master was caked with dust.
Planned a trip up to see the Holland Tulip Festival and wanted a place to stay with more of a ‘home’ feel to it, and also fairly close to the festivities, but not in the heart of it.
This was the perfect place for us; spacious, comfortable rooms, wooded area, and a nice place to relax. One bathroom was tough, but we made a schedule and it worked. Loved the sliding doors off main bedroom and dining room to the back deck! The house had plenty of extra blankets for the rooms if needed, lots of bathroom towels, and everything needed in the kitchen for cooking and meals. Very much enjoyed our stay here for 5 days, would definitely book here again.
