NO HOST FEES!!!! BOTTOM LINE PRICING!!! Plus Oceanfront Outer Island "Book Ends Tour" PROMO $ 75 PER NIGHT !!! Contact Tom for details.
Located amongst a Superior Turtle Bay Resort and centrally located along t he World-Famous North Shore of Oahu, the possibilities and activities are limitless. The Kuilima Estates Condos are encircled by the Fazio and Palmer Golf Courses. The lanai's peaceful view of the 3rd and 4th fairway and Koolau Mountains is the perfect spot for a break from the busy vacation, whether early morning, midday or evening. The cooling trade winds and crossing sun pattern provide that perfect break. You can also see the National Historic Site - Opana on the mountain ridge. If your lucky you may see a brilliant orange sunrise, trade wind shower with double rainbow, or a full moon rise.
Da Koa Bar, a family heirloom handcrafted in late 70's at an Army recreational woodshop, it is made from the exotic Koa Tree, only found in Hawaii on specific islands and elevations. The "curly" grain pattern is the most desirable. The same wood found in Iolani Palace, reserved for the Royalty. This condo is now your little Kingdom to enjoy.
The unit makes a great family stay with children as well. The loft gives children their own perfect little spot to hang and imagine. Currently the Fazio golf course is closed but maintained, and it is not unusual to see kids (and parents) running or playing with a soccer ball, football, Frisbee, on this very large and inviting lawn.
Please remember even though the unit can sleep six (6), there is only one bathroom, so 6 adults may be a challenge.

My family had a really nice time staying at Da Koa Bar - and the kids enjoyed the upstairs loft. The pool was very close, and we were able to walk down the road to the beach at Turtle Bay. Great location!

Melissa,
Thanks for the review. I’m glad your family enjoyed your visit.
Aloha,

We had a great stay. It was a little stuffy in the bedroom could use another fan honestly to make sleeping less hot. The host was awesome and very communicative .

Hi David,
Thanks for the review. We added a second portable fan for that bedroom, for a total of 4 in the unit in addition to the ceiling fan in the loft.
So glad you had a great stay. Come again.

Secure place with good amenities. Easy access and parking.
Loved the place. There was no A/C, but that was well spelled out in the listing, so no complaints. Host was great when we had a problem with the gate code. Would definitely stay again as it was perfect for our little family.

We had a great time. The place was really nice. The couch description was a little confusing, I thought it was a pull out upstairs, but it all worked out!

Thanks Becky for the review. Sorry for the confusion.
For the benefit of others, the sleeping arrangements are; on the main floor- One bedroom with a queen size bed and One pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In the loft it is couch sleeping or “Japanese style” floor sleeping on a pad/futon.
The condo was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed our stay. One thing I would have liked was if the pull it bed was up stairs but other then that the home was great.

Thanks Blain for the great review. I like your idea of the pull out sofa in the loft. I’ll keep that in mind when we make future improvements.

We had a nice stay here! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful—especially when the lock was being a little finicky, they got back to us right away and made sure everything was taken care of.The only downside for us was that the entire unit is carpeted, which just isn’t our personal preference for a beach rental. Otherwise, everything was as described and the communication couldn’t have been better.

Thanks Heather for the great review. Regarding carpeting we debated changing to hard surfaces, but out of respect for our downstairs neighbors we stayed with carpeting to reduce noise. We appreciate your feedback. Mahalo.
Great location and the property was clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful to provide advice when a tsunami was headed for the island. I was surprised but not shocked that there was no A/C (the listing is accurate). There were 3 fans available but given the heat, I do wish there were a few more!
We stayed here to celebrate my son's 17th bday. It was perfect! The 5 of us in the family plus a few of his friends hung out at the pool, BBQ'd, and surfed all day. Tons of fun! We would definitely come back for another staycation.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The quick walk to the beach and Turtle Bay Stables was perfect for our young children. The condo is setup with beach and sports gear that was great (boogie board, beach umbrella and sand toys!)
Our young children loved the loft space!
Check in was super easy; the host provided all the info needed with great directions. The living room sleeper sofa was the best I have ever slept on! It wasn’t a saggy fold-up mattress; it was a firm surface. I may buy one for my own house! It was too hot for the kids to sleep upstairs, and the couches upstairs were not real beds (though my kids probably wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t so hot).
The location is nice and the property is well equipped. It will be nice if all the sleeping areas have shades to block off the morning light. Luckily we happened to have eye masks so it wasn’t an issue for us.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Da Koa Bar. It was very clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It is a short walk to the beach and to Turtle Bay Resort. Tom was very helpful and let us check in earlier because we had planned to go to a luau the same day and our schedule was a bit tight.
We had such a great time on Oahu and this condo was perfect. It was a great location. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was a ten minute walk to the beach and walking trails which was amazing and a close drive to many other fun things. Our kids loved getting to walk to the stables. I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Oahu.

That's right, $$$ 75 per night for an oceanfront condo stay at the historic Sheraton Kalua Koi golf resort on Molokai Island's beautiful west end. Please note the resort is shuttered, so I refer to it as a "GHOST Resort". But Mother Nature did not shut down the natural beauty. Come explore it. Surf pounding, Numerous white sand beaches. Fabulous sunsets. Whale sitings. And all else Molokai has to offer.
The A to Z of the Hawaiian Islands. Opposite ends to the spectrum. Oahu and Molokai. Most populated highly developed tour island of Oahu and the most Hawaiian friendly historic remote undeveloped Molokai island.
If you like your view at "Da Koa Bar", you'll love this oceanfront setting.
