It was clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable and everything we needed for the kitchen was present. It took a bit of looking for certain items but they were there. Comfortable sleeping, access to all that was started in the information about the property. Easy access for check in and check out. Would use again.

Perfect get away on the canal

Brought the boat and tied up to the dock. Nice location for a relaxing boat ride to St Augustine to check it out.

relaxing stay

super easy to access. great neighborhood the house was very clean and big enough for our party, I would definitely stay here again. Love the 11.00 am checkout, I will never rent a place that forces me out at 10.00 am.

Comfortable and Clean

This is probably the cleanest house I've ever rented! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen sufficient for our needs. We enjoyed the canal views from the kitchen as well as the outside deck. We would definitely rent this house again!

Booked this house for Thanksgiving weekend for those of us that couldn't fit into my mom's house nearby. At 4am on check in day, I received a message from the host that the bug guy had been there the day before and there may be a few dead bugs in the house and we could cancel if we wanted. This is the day of check in, a little late to find alternatives. We show up and the 3 dead roaches didn't bother us, but the 5 live ones in the kitchen did, as did the smell of insecticide that stayed for 1.5 days. Luckily, we hung out at my mom's for most of the time.The second bathroom had been partially renovated (the shower ceiling was still unfinished drywall) but the plumber didn't do a good job as the water in the shower would not go past luke warm. So everyone had to use the primary bathroom to shower. The house is listed for sale, so perhaps the owner doesn't care much anymore about short term guests.

Hello, the house has been fully sprayed for pests 4 times now since your visit. All pests that were present are gone. ( Comes from living on the water) The front door light bulb was changed. The water heater is getting changed out completely per my home warranty as of 12/23 so the second bath will have hot water. Apologies I had no idea about the water heater not working correctly. The ceiling of the bathroom is getting painted with 2 coats of kills then painted and finished. Thank you for staying!
