The patio connects to a large grass-landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is that each room, including the patio and the playroom, has a TV. Comfortable and entertaining, this place has what you are looking for to enjoy your time in the desert.



Each of the three bedrooms has a connected bathroom and a TV, and one room has an outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other two bedrooms both have Queen Beds.

The living room has a top-end video and surround-sound system, including a DVR to record your favorite shows. Wi-Fi, of course!

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for great meals and entertainment.



The adults and kids will have a great time in the game room, playing ping pong and simultaneously watching their favorite team or show. You can also relax on the patio and let the world's problems slip away while sipping your favorite drink.

Or, if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. There are two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time. Stomping the divots, as you have seen in the movies, is great fun!



La Quinta has many Zagat-rated restaurants and bars, live music, and art festivals. You are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for shopping, restaurants, and works of art.

Try one of many sightseeing desert excursions or enjoy a stroll or more strenuous hike/ bike in some of the most scenic mountain areas in the world. Joshua Tree National Park is just north of the valley. For a day or evening excursion, take the famous Palm Springs Tram that takes you over 8000 ft. above the desert valley and walks through the beautiful pine forest.
