Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the cabinets marked owner’s property.
Other things to note
1. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 guests. We charge $25 for additional guests upon approval.

2. The owner’s personal items may be stored in locked areas within the house. Guests shall not open or tamper with these areas in any way.

3. No pets or animals of any kind or $250 will be charged.

4. Absolutely no parties of any kind allowed, if a guest violates the rule their deposit will be non refundable and an irregular cleaning fee or damage fee may be charged, prices are subject to damage or uncleanliness

5. No smoking

6. Guests shall behave appropriately and be good neighbors

7. Guests shall be respectful of furnishings, personal items, and other property within the home

8. Water is a very valuable resource in this area, we ask you to please conserve water as much as possible when showering or washing dishes.

9. Please do not flush toilet paper or any hygiene products down the toilet the pipes are much smaller and will cause clogs.

10. Try to avoid running the AC when outside of the home.

11. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, please enjoy your meals in the designated eating areas.

12. All children are expected to be under adult supervision while in the home.

13. We are not responsible for any lost items left in the common areas or personal items left behind, however, we will hold any items for 30 days and then discard them.

14. If any item is missing or damaged from the rental unit it will be charged at the guest's expense based on the item price.

15. Report any damages or breaking in a reasonable timely matter. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by the guest and will be reported to
