- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker

- Shared yard space with outdoor seating and a charcoal bbq (charcoal not provided). Each of the two units on the property has it's own BBQ.
- 2 private balconies just for you!

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- This home sleeps up to 12 guests, but common areas are more cozy in size. The dining table and living room don’t seat all 12 at once, so meals and hangouts may feel more camp-style and casual. The 3 bedrooms on the lower level have low ceilings, making the rooms best suited for children or guests under 6 ft tall. Think of it as a fun, summer-camp style retreat—perfect for groups who don’t mind a snug fit.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
