In mid-August 2025, they will begin a pool resurfacing project, which is expected to take six weeks.

You'll feel as though you're right on the water with magnificent views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The open air lanai can be accessed through three sets of sliding doors, which lead from the living and dining areas. Additionally, there is a sun deck accessible through both the upstairs master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. The house features beautiful wood floors throughout, a decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island, and a beverage cooler in the living area.
As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is a short walk to the eclectic dining & shopping that Captiva is known for. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf.
