Linda Vista 200 m from Curral beach, 3 min walk

Sobrado with 70 m2 being on the bottom, living room, bathroom, kitchen and service area and on the top two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the entrance to the kitchen there is a deck over the garage and at the entrance to the room there is a balcony facing the sea. The view is beautiful.

The room facing the sea has a double bed, a sofa bed and shelves for accommodation of belongings. The room facing the mountain has 2 single beds. The rooms also have a balcony, one with a view of the mountain and the other facing the sea. We have extra mattresses.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

The house holds up to 10.
We have 2 single beds in one room, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the other room and a sofa bed in the living room,
so there are 8 beds per se, the surplus will have to sleep on loose mattresses, (we have 2).

WE DO NOT ACCEPT DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

Uma vista MARAVILHOSA, incrível!!!

Perfeito para família e casais, local muito tranquilo, já estou com saudades de acordar com a vista direto para o mar.. Voltarei com certeza! Cuidado com os borrachudos que são terríveis em Ilhabela. Deixo apenas uma sugestão para a churrasqueira: Colocar uma pequena cobertura pois no sol forte ou chuva fica difícil fazer um churrasco.

Primeiramente agradar de coração ao senhor Jefferson e esposa por dividir com as outras pessoas a casa de vocês. Me senti super a vontade a casa e muito acolhedora e linda. Tive a honra de conhecer o senhor Norton, uma pessoa maravilhosa e extremamente atencioso e homem muito sábio. A casa e maravilhosa a vista e daquelas de fazer chorar...principalmente o por do sol. A praia então nem se fale. Quem puder vá pois não irão se arrepender nunca. Obrigada a família Esposito pela hospitalidade. Espero poder voltar novamente.

LOCAL PERFEITO. SUPER ACONCHEGANTE!

A casa é super bem localizada, a poucos metros da praia do Curral, uma das mais procuradas e com melhor estrutura na Ihabela. Destaques para o por-do-sol impressionante de frente para a casa, o qual pode ser apreciado das varandas (sala e quarto) regado ao som dos pássaros. A estrutura da casa (cômodos, móveis, utensílios, banheiros, churrasqueira, etc) são impecáveis e completos. Destaco também a atenção do proprietário e seu irmão Norton na resposta dos contatos e na recepção no dia da chegada. Parabéns!

Olá, passei dias maravilhosos em Ilhabela. A casa é, limpa, organizada e extremamente confortável. A vista para o mar é espetacular, principalmente da varanda superior. Boa Tarde! Venho expressar o meu contentamento com a casa com e a receptividade do Sr. Norton. Realmente a casa é completinha, tudo que precisamos encontramos lá, estou muito feliz, foram três dias muito agradáveis, como Sr. Jefferson mesmo me informou que até a chuva é bonita vista da casa, e é mesmo, não encontramos dificuldade para localizar a casa, a vista é incrivel, super recomendo, um lugar ideal para desfrutar com a familia, muita tranquilidade.
