Harbour Oaks #620 is an upstairs level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This stunningly renovated and tastefully decorated condo has completely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The living area has vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring and plantation shutters.
The kitchen has all the bells and whistles with new top-of-the-line stainless appliances.
The master suite has a king bed with en-suite featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a full-sized bed. The 2nd full bathroom has a tub shower combination. All bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming.
The dining room has seating for 4 with another 4 seats at the kitchen bar. Plenty of room for your family!
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and may one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 4 smart TVs in the condo for streaming. • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Fabulous condo. Pictures are accurate. Very updated and roomy. Pool is close and walking distance to many restaurants and shops and the Pier. Definitely will be staying here again.

It was just amazing! Very modern, clean, and just a pleasant experience. It was super close to the down town area with great shopping, restaurants, and sweet treats. This was my first time visiting SSI and it was just a super weekend! Did I mention how clean and nice the condo was…lol
The condo was very nice. I did leave a note requesting the entrance door needs some attention. If not for my grandson, i would not have been able to open. The condo is well furnished and quiet. We never found the short walk to the beach,(our bad!) so we drove. Overall, a fun time and we would rent this condo again.
This was a great condo in a quiet, gated community. The condo has been recently renovated and was lovely, and very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus 2 kid’s friends. The property manager even called us the day before check in to offer us early check in on our arrival. We weren’t arriving in time to take advantage of it but it was a very nice touch that has never happens to us before.
The condo is walking distance to the village and pier. There is a community pool and two tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

We were very pleased and impressed with our stay! Everything was clean, fresh, and updated. The only spot that wasn’t was one of the bathroom tubs. The drain was black and yucky so everyone had to shower in the mast bath. The space was set up really well for our family, making everything from evenings in to making meals to bedtime really easy. The location made the village incredibly accessible. The pool was small and needing updating, but the rental itself was 10/10.
