The house was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beds available (5). Scenic view of the lake from the shaded yard while sitting on the swing was a peaceful way to spend some time. The marina and restaurant are only a short drive away.

Wonderful property. We would love to go again.
Our second time here. A great lake house perfect for fishing and relaxing. We love being able to rent a boat from the marina and dock it at the house. Beautiful location with a wonderful view of the lake right off the back patio. Great communication with the owner who made sure we had everything we needed!
Wonderful property with lake access. Great for fishing, boating, and watching sunsets. The marina at Seneca Lake is also has boats and a good restaurant. The property owner does everything to ensure you have a fabulous trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better lake trip!
The place was very nice and near the lake and the outdoors accommodations made our stay great. I am disappointed though that it was not made clear that it is very difficult to bring in luggage and kitchen suppliesin the kitchen due to the stairs and gaving to walk around to the frint if the propert. Akso, the staurs to the basement were gery steep. I was told a few days vefore we got there.
very clean and nicely decorated lakeside cottage with a wonderful view of the lake and all the comforts of home provided

We're so glad you enjoyed your week and appreciated the help with our boat. Gerry really enjoyed the day fishing with you and looking forward to your visiting again. Thanks for the great care of the cabin and washing the towels and linens, that was very appreciated. Dorothy and Gerry
We stayed the first week of August 2021 and the weather was perfect. The back deck is the perfect place to enjoy a nice view of the lake every morning and is spacious enough for my whole family to take our meals outside. The cottage is well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for a great week including board games and even some toys stored in a separate kids playhouse. The outdoor gathering area is perfect for relaxing outside with or without a fire. Having a private dock for our boat made this place extra enjoyable. Seneca Lake is perfect for fishing, cruising around, and lots of skiing/tubing. The owners are super helpful and kind. We look forward to staying here again!
This is a great place with a great view of the Lake. I rented a boat and had a slip provided to dock in. Great fire pit for our use with a sandbox for the kids to play in. Wonderful family getaway.
We had an amazing time. The home was clean and perfect with the lake right out our door. The owner was fabulous. It was my second time there and I will go back. I would recommend to all. Thanks so so much.
The house was clean and Dorothy was very nice. The house was quiet during the week and the view of the lake was great. The houses were closer then the views on the site. Overall I would recommend staying here.
Wonderful view quite peaceful restful stay. Dorothy was fantastic to work with so friendly and accommodating as well as the communication was fantastic. We Loved it!!
