I'm from Abbeville, LA and moved to New Orleans in 1994. I'm an active person, and enjoy biking, paddleboards, music, and many other things. I like meeting people that are enjoying their lives, and visitors to New Orleans tend to be doing that.
Why they chose this property
My house has a great layout and great location. I enjoy being so close to City Park, and being a short Uber ride to the French Quarter and downtown.
What makes this property unique
It's a house, divided into 2 apartments, that is very close to doing anything that people come to New Orleans to do, but far enough away from the noise that you can sleep when you're done. There's only 1 unit (besides my unit), with your own parking space, and the vibe is very casual in the neighborhood.
