Very clean and beautiful rental, great location, very responsive host. The mattresses were super comfortable. Easy parking was appreciated. We stayed two nights and had enough time to explore Portland. The nearby park is a wonderful place to go for a run.

beds were very comfortable!tvs worked well. great parking!host very nice and responsivemy only two complaints were the check out time… 10:00 was too early i feel. especially with a 4:00 check in time.also it was a pretty long walk into town, so if you are going out for dinner you really need an uber… but they were usually inexpensivevery expensive but it was summer in maine so expected

Our stay was lovely! One of the bedrooms was very hot but I may not have operated the AC unit properly, it was just tough to figure out. Otherwise everything was great. Lauren was super communicative and the place was perfect for us!

Cons: 3rd Floor bedroom was very warm even with air conditioning running on the coldest setting. It was an extremely hot stretch of weather for Portland, ME. House sits close to major highway so traffic noise interferes with sleep. Fortunately we use white noise app on our phones and ear plugs to sleep when traveling so we were able to sleep fine. Only enough seats at kitchen island and outdoor firepit to accommodate 4 not 6 people. Pros: Apt is cute and very clean inside and is stocked with all the necessary items. The host, Lauren, is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Her instructions are thorough and easy to understand. There is ample room for 2 cars to park in driveway and parking on the street if needed. Apt is located an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to Commercial St in downtown Portland. There are restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. All in all, we enjoy our visit.

Anniversary trip with Family

Enjoyed time with family in Portland. Fun area to explore hiking, beach day, the beautiful Headlight Lighthouse. Of course so many great restaurants to choose from. Definitely would visit again and recommend this property very comfortable and decorated adorably.

Amazing Getaway

The apartment worked out overall for our group. Instructions for getting in and out might have been a little clearer. Also we did not realize there were so many stairs to the property!! This listing would be super for a young family. The backyard is fenced and has a great play set. The beds were very comfortable and TV viewing area was great!! We did enjoy our stay!!
