Before you book this house please read this.
Once in a while people do not feel comfortable with this neighborhood. It is a working class neighborhood and even though we have never had problems nor have our guests this neighborhood is not very fancy. People from other countries who are not familiar with Bay Area prices think this must be a great area because JD the price but our properties in higher end areas actually cost a lot more.

This house is perfect for people visiting the Bay Area, specifically The East Bay, Berkeley Richmond and even San Francisco is only 30 minutes away by car or Bart train. Enjoy your privacy and enjoy your company with the full living room, 6 seat dining room, kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms and unlimited free street parking.

-Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charge separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are vicious breed dogs and or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, has below 4 stars reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

Kitchen, laundry (new washer and dryer) dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and bathroom. There is a small outdoor area you are welcome to enjoy. It is all private for your use only.

I am only a few minutes away if you need anything. Available by phone or email 24 hours a day.

Close to 23rd street you have a unique opportunity to experience real Mexican culture and Food. You might even hear beautiful Salsa music playing thru the warm summer air evenings.

One off street parking space and Plenty of free street parking, this place is great if you have a car or more than one car. It is in Richmond about a 5 minute drive to hi-way 80 entrance, Solano ave exit, and it`s about 7 minute drive to hi-way 580 23rd st exit.

By car your can get anywhere easily. Especially during mom-commute hours
12 minutes to Berkeley, 15 minutes to Marin county, 25 minutes to San Francisco.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

There is a #70 bus stop (AC Transit) about 1 minute from our front door. Right on the corner irate the bus stops going both directions. 9 minutes to Richmond Bart station, 12 minutes by Bart to Berkeley station, 31 minutes by Bart to San Francisco Montgomery station.

Bart to Oakland or San Francisco airports also easy.

Uber and Lyft are also very reliable options around here. 24 hours fast and affordable ride options. About $4 for a ride to the Bart station, about $14 to berkeley, $38 to San Francisco or $58 to SFO) Uber pool and Lyft line are cheapest options for one or two riders only). Normal Uber x or Lyft up to 4 riders, Uber XL or Lyft plus up to 6 passengers not including driver)

There is no smoking inside, if you smoke please go outside to the patio/yard

Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it`s all used up.
