The most chill water in Texas for you to enjoy. The Guadalupe River is at its natural height and perfect for kayaking, tubing, and swimming.

Only 10-minutes from downtown New Braunfels, you and your family will love this spacious home that comfortably sleeps 14. Two living spaces in the home make it easy to separate kids from adults for playtime and movie watching.

Kayaks, tubes, and life jackets are all included in your rental.

This is a two story riverfront home with 4 bedrooms, an office, and 3.5 baths.

Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and an office with a day bed and a trundle bed.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms with two queen beds in each room.

There is a living room downstairs and a second living room upstairs.

The backyard is massive. There is a dock and a boat house deck for dining and lounging. A propane BBQ grill is on the boat house deck.

Two kayaks and 4 tubes are available during your stay.

FYI for those with allergies -The home houses dogs regularly.

You will have access to the whole house, yard, boathouse, and water.

There is a gate code for the driveway and front door code required for entry that will be provided the day of check in.

Hi everyone! My name is Trey, and I am from Austin, Texas. I love water sports, travel, and bring a dad.

Why they chose this property

My family has been a part of the New Braunfels community since the 1850s. Purchasing this property allowed us to be close to family and scratch the itch of having a place on the water. We are excited to share it with all of our guests and allow them to experience the beauty and relaxation New Braunfels has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This is a great house for families traveling together. There are two living spaces that allow for some separation and privacy if you want it. The back yard is large enough for just about any yard games you have in mind, and the water is the clean beautiful Guadalupe River water of Lake Dunlap.
