Historic Colonial home at the center of Spencer Village. Front of the house has beautiful large pillars and architecture. This 3-bed/1-bath stay is cozy and comfy with restored timber frame and built in the 1800s.
Walk to the park, fish at Nichols pond, hunt locally, eat at the diner, and more! Located at the base of the Finger Lakes, within 25 miles of Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Montour Falls, Cayuga Lake, Seneca Lake Wineries, NASCAR, Ithaca College, Cornell and more.

Coin operated laundry available in the back of the house (separate entrance from apartment 4)
Guest access
Park in the large shared parking lot. Apartment number 4 is around the back, up the ramp, then you will enter and go upstairs.

Due to known fire hazard, charging or storage of electric bikes, scooters, lithium batteries other than cell phones, tablets, and laptops is not permitted.
