Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, organized, and nicely stocked. My daughter was especially impressed that there was thought put in to including children’s dishes and utensils as we were visiting Canmore with an 8 month old and 2 year old. We were only there for a night, primarily to sleep, but would not hesitate to book again for a longer stay in the future.

Overall the apartment is lovely but the 3 double bedrooms are small and there is no clothes storage for clothes, which seems odd. There are only coat hangers, but nowhere to put jumpers, trousers or underwear. The air vent heating system is noisy with the plant in a cupboard in a bedroom, which I couldn't have slept in. Fortunately, my daughter didn't find it a problem. The kitchen, dining room/lounge is lovely and well equipped. It was too cold to use the small balcony, but I have no doubt that it will be very pleasant when the weather allows. The apartment is in a complex of about 60 units all sharing a heated pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. Although it is supposed to close at 10pm it was often used way past this time and on one occasion the occupants of our neighbouring unit had a fight in the small hours, which was a frightening experience. I guess this could happen anywhere, but it seemed to be associated with heavy drinking at the hot tub. Communication with the owner was good as they responded quickly and politely to my concerns. The location is good, being just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town centre where there are good restaurants and bars.

We do note in our listing that the bedrooms do not have closets, only hooks and hangers, but we’ve now made the size of the rooms clearer so future guests can make a more informed decision. We’re very sorry about the noise from the neighbors and understand how frustrating that can be, though unfortunately it’s beyond our control.
