Capitalizing on the home’s spacious postmodern design, each dedicated bedroom offers sweeping views and immediate outdoor access; new beds with high-quality bedding; large closets; and a WFH-ready workspace with fast internet and wireless printing. The communal areas are filled with enjoyable art and collectibles, inviting oversized sofas and swivel lounge chairs, a sunken bar, a generous gas fireplace: perfect for those long winter nights inside. The overscale living room’s distinct seating areas invite entertaining, conversation, reading, and mid-afternoon naps. The large primary bedroom is well separated from the guest suites and the private, fully enclosed mountain-view pool / spa / front patio area is distinct from the fairway-side backyard with its club seating, built-in fire table and unobstructed mountain and golf course views. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen; flexible dining area that expands to seat 10 with ease; and a clean 2-car garage boasting remote, full laundry, and plenty of storage complete this luxurious, livable getaway. Gorgeous Comfortable Home

We loved the location, the stunning views, and the beautiful property. Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds were. We did few other activities as we were enjoying just staying at the house and lounging by the pool, relaxing with the family. Outstanding clean, organized kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer. Property Mgt and owner were both responsive and helpful.

Relaxing Oasis

This house has everything you could possibly need to just escape from the world. Something about the layout is just big enough that you don't feel like you're on top of the other guests, but cozy nonetheless. It just envelops you in comfort. That being said, my colleagues and I also got a ton of strategic planning done around the great dining table and while sunning out by the pool. A place for having no deadines, but also a place that is inspiring. Easy to check in, clean, perfect!

As a former designer and interior architect I love nothing more than a fun decor project, and becoming the next steward of this home (after its 50-year-resident sole previous owner) has been a dream come true. I also enjoy tennis (a Palm Springs) and surfing (which is just getting here now, thanks to artificial wave pools).

Why they chose this property

Indian Canyons is the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. Bursting with mid-century gems; bordered by the majestic San Jacinto moutains and two iconic golf courses, it feels both worlds away and is an easy walk to many of the amenities that make this town so special.

After dreaming about owning a home in Palm Springs , we bought this one owner 70s home in 2022. Extensively remodeled in the 80s we leaned into the home's defining eras by including many post-modern accents. Enjoy!

What makes this property unique

Our home is a 70s gem in a mid-century world, with huge mountain views all around and a quiet, private vibe! We think it's spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything here in the desert.
